Many places of business all over the world now offer customers some sort of incentive in exchange for a quick few minutes spent participating in an online survey. One shining example of such a survey is on full display at the Tell M and S page. Marks & Spencer customers who have been invited to take the survey will receive the opportunity to enter a prize draw for a chance to win a whopping £250 up completion. In order to get started with the process the required information from a store receipt must be entered (date of visit, time of visit, and code shown on the receipt).
