Vivo will launch its X21 smartphone with an under display fingerprint sensor tomorrow in India. The company debuted its in-display fingerprint sensor technology with the Vivo Apex concept smartphone at the Mobile World Congress 2018 and the feature is now being incorporated in some other Vivo smartphones as well. The Vivo X21 features a 19:9 display and comes with a notch on top. The company is expected to live stream the launch event via its social media channels but has not posted any links yet. In terms of specifications, the Vivo X21 is powered by the Snapdragon 660 SoC and comes with 6GB RAM, coupled with 128GB of onboard storage, which can be expanded further up to 256GB using a microSD card. Vivo has priced the device at CNY 3,598 (Rs 37,100 approx) in China but it is expected to be priced around the same or perhaps slightly lower in order to compete with recently launched OnePlus 6 and Honor 10 smartphones.
